[doveofo] NESARA Begins World Peace; New International Banking Regulations Require Peace

Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

NESARA's announcement initiates a four-month process during which all countries in the world must implement new international banking regulations which regulate banking and money transfers worldwide in the changed worldwide economic environment where all currencies are backed by precious metals.  These new international banking regulations have been sitting on the shelf for years waiting to go into effect after NESARA's announcement. 

The new international banking regulations are designed to regulate monetary and banking issues after the world's monetary systems change over to precious metals backed currencies.  The change over to precious metals backed currencies will change the world economy and commercial transactions between countries involving import and export of goods and services will also change in various ways.  New banking regulations are necessary to address the new world economy in which we will find ourselves after NESARA's announcement.

The new international banking regulations require much more fluidity and free flow of money around the world and between countries than can be allowed when countries are at war.  When countries are at war, the countries invoke wartime monetary restrictions such as no transfers of money to the enemy country and other kinds of constraints on money transfers to other countries.  In the US, we are seeing many such constraints imposed by the Bush regime.  The new international banking regulations disallow these kinds of war-time restrictions due to very complex issues having to do with the whole world going to gold-backed currencies and related banking improvements which require the removal of war-time monetary restrictions.

According to the new international banking regulations, once a country declares its currency is backed by precious metals, the country must declare peace and remove all wartime monetary and banking restrictions.  Therefore, within hours after NESARA's announcement the NESARA President Designate will declare that the US is at "peace" and will order an end to aggressive US military actions immediately.

After NESARA's announcement, as various countries' banking systems announce their currencies are backed by precious metals, the officials of these countries will also declare they are at peace and will cease war activities.  According to the new international banking regulations, countries have only four months to adopt the new banking regulations and peace.

The pressure on countries to adopt the new banking regulations and peace is strong.  If a country has not adopted the new international banking regulations and peace by the end of four months after NESARA's
announcement, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will stop all monetary transfers of funds into and out of that country.  The IMF acts as the international clearing house and record keeper of money transfers from one country to another country.  This means that the country would be totally cut off from the world economy because the country would not be able to pay for imports or receive payments for exports of goods and services.  No country can survive if it is cut off from the world economy.

Therefore, it can be reasonably expected that all countries will adopt the new banking regulations and peace within four months after NESARA's announcement.  NESARA Now!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight” corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called “White Knights”. World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the
Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with
different purposes.

Welcome to the twenty-fifth demonstration day (Apr. 02, 2004) in front of the World Court, Den Haag, Netherlands, with the NESARA Take Action Team.

Today even the Lady Minister of Justice of Croatia received a flyer while at the World Court. WOW!

We are right in the World Court Approved Announcement Time Period! It will take all of us to bring forth NESARA.

The World Court is one major place where tourists from all over the world visit. All other countries also have such places - places of political interest that tourists visit. Let us meet at these places and hand out
flyers, thus spreading the news about NESARA faster.

Let us call for NESARA NOW! NESARA YES!

Dear All of Us,

On Thursday we downloaded the new 6-point flyer from the www.nesara.us site. And I am very glad to have this flyer, because all the information is on one side. So less copy costs! Thank you Dove, Scott and the nesara.us webmaster!!

We started this day with 6 people: Nel, Monique, Miep, Lenie, Hugo and Mari-Elise. We used the whole flower-bed again to display the banners. And before it was 12.00 o'clock we had seen and talked about NESARA to a lot of people coming from: America, China, Spain, Italy, Germany, France,Belgium, Canada, Australia. It is very nice to give people a flyer in their own language. They appreciate that very much (especially people from China). But the most striking today were the busses with the American
tourists: it was the first time for us meeting so many American people. And they were very, very interested!! Especially they were impressed by seeing all the American banners about supporting NESARA.

During the demonstration Corry came and Rob came all the way from Groningen. Also Barry, Ada, Gabbi, Menno and Robert came to join us. Today we saw a lot of World Court Judges and a lot of CDJ license plated cars.

All of a sudden I saw a cameraman filming the banners. He told me he was a cameraman of the Radio Television of Croatia. After a while a delegation of 5 men and 1 woman came out of the Peace Palace. A reporter and the cameraman came to do an interview and a security man told us we had to keep a distance. After the interview the security man stepped aside and Miep and I handed out the new 6-point flyers to all of them. While getting in their car, I saw they were reading the flyers and I heard the lady said
"NESARA". I asked the reporter about these people. He told me the lady was the Minister of Justice of Croatia. He said that in Croatia half of all the Ministers are women. He said that at the end of the year 2004 there will be Presidential elections in Croatia and the expectation is that the result of these elections will be: the first female President!

After finishing the demonstration, Rob and I sat down on a bench for a while and we were visited by a peace dove again! NESARA NOW!!

My bus arrived at the Peace Palace at 09.30 am. The sun was shining, it felt peaceful. Two white doves were looking for some food on the ground near the World Peace Flame and stayed there undisturbed, in spite of people getting closer to make a picture of them. It was a pity, for there were no NESARA activists yet to make a picture. When Nel arrived the doves were gone. Later on, one Peace Dove came back and we did take a picture of that one.

Today there were busses coming and going all the time. We could hand out a lot of Chinese flyers! Fortunate, Monique copied 50 Chinese flyers.

A guide of two busses with American tourists asked us all about NESARA because he wanted to tell the people in the bus what our demonstration was for. He was very enthusiastic about NESARA being so BIG!!

The flyers we are handing out in front of The Peace Palace, are being spread all over the world. That idea makes me very happy!

Today we were a small group of NESARA activists and we had to do a lot of work. But we did it out of love. After finishing the demonstration together we drank hot-chocolate.
