While I have been given no official word on NESARA I read all of the same
information on the internet that I'm sure most of you read. Our planet is
going through a tremendous spiritual transformation and the time feels ripe
for the long-awaited political and financial changes that will bring us
NESARA.

affirmations in support of NESARA. Magnify the Love that is ever-present

Christmas Greetings, Friends,
We are at the end of another year and time seems to have flown by. NESARA
has not been announced, but there are positive signs as the media
begins to leak information that all is not well in the Bush Administration.
Last week Chris Matthews of MSNBC mentioned that few people were aware
of this fact, but that Bush Jr would not be around much longer. He
would be leaving the same way that Nixon did and for a similar reason....an
unwanted war....like Vietnam, and concealing information like in Watergate. Also,
Cheney and Bush reportedly do not want a record kept any longer of who
goes to the White House.
There was a panel discussion on FOX News where it was stated that there
was a faction in the government that was ready to take Bush out if things
in Iraq didn't change in the next few months, presumably this
is the military. According to CNN, the Pentagon told Bush they
would not send more troops to Iraq. Bush wants to send another
35,000 more troops to Iraq immediately but the Joint Chiefs of Staff,
as well, are unanimously opposing his plan. The White
House has responded by saying that they are not "locking horns" with
the Joint Chiefs.
A report came out on Friday that the U.S government is insolvent and

Sean Penn was presented with the 2006 Christopher Reeve FIrst Amendment
Award December18 in New York City. He gave an excellent speech
focusing on impeachment which I have forwarded to Congresswoman and House
Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (who just happens to be Sean Penn's
representative).

They announced on CNN yesterday that the government is doing a "dry
run" of the selective service system computers and procedures! The
government keeps saying not to worry, there will be no draft, but perhaps
this is the only way that Bush can come up with another 35, 000 more
troops.

Hello Dear Friends,
We got through the mid-term elections in the US with the Democrats now
holding the majority in Congress. Although the new Congress will
not officially be sworn in until January, this is a demarcation
point showing us that change is upon us.
In light of Dove's newsletter of today, I reiterate to you the need
for more prayers, meditations, energy work, visualizations and affirmations at
this time for NESARA and world peace. Tomorrow, November 17, Mercury
goes direct, having been in retrograde for the past three weeks. Mercury
represents communication, communication devices, and travel. When
Mercury is retrograde there are miscommunications and delay, delay, delay. Now
that Mercury is again going direct, it gives us a green light to move
forward. Monday, November 20, is the new moon, an auspicious time
to create the new, visualize abundance and all the things we want to
manifest in our lives.
I remind you again that NESARA supporters in Melbourne get together
for meditation Fridays at noon. This would be a good time to tune
in and add your energies as many of us together would increase the positive
energies exponentially. It is not necessary to do this at noon
Melbourne time - noon local time is fine as long as you make the
intent to connect your energies to the Melbourne group.
Now is the time, friends, to manifest NESARA into the physical.

NESARA NTAT Oceania Update

Dear Friends,
It's been a long cold and difficult winter here in New Zealand.
Spring is finally here with warmer temperatures and greenery coming back
to life. Time to get active again!
Today is September 11th and the TV is overrun with 9/11 LIES and propaganda,
all designed to make the Bush White House and the Republicans look important
just prior to the November elections. It is good, however, to remember
and pray for those innocent people (and their grieving families) who lost
their lives that day.
One of our Australian members has put together a number of 9/11 Truth
DVDs and is planning to show them to groups of people with discussion
afterwards (thanks Vanessa!). Whatever we can do to continue to
focus Light on the Truth is important, not only on 9/11 but on every Lie
that's put out there by the media and our politicians, both
in the US and Down Under. Continue challenging the Lies. Send
emails to the media and your representatives demanding that they give
us the Truth.
I have recently been sending out NESARA flyers in those free postage-paid
return envelopes received with bills. These companies are only billed
for the envelopes that are used so why not make them pay by sending them
a NESARA flyer? You will be educating whoever opens the envelope
and spreading NESARA Truth. Also, any mail I need to redirect to
the sender I include the NESARA website on the outside of the envelope.
For New Zealand members: Michael Goodhue, owner of the www.moveonnewzealand.co.nz
website has put together a booklet detailing information that can be found
there, i.e., information on NESARA and spiritual changes. I have
one of the first edition copies but Michael tells me they are again revising
and updating the website and will do likewise with this booklet.
If you're interested in having copies of these booklets for yourselves
or to assist in distribution, please let me know and I will pass on the
request to Michael.
A reminder that if you have an idea for a humanitarian project post-NESARA
and need funding, applications can be made through Michael Goodhue who
is the representative of St. Germain's World Trust, Terra Nova, here
in New Zealand and the Oceania Region. Please see the above

We have eight new members from Australia: five in Queensland,
one in South Australia, one in Victoria and one in Tasmania. Welcome
to our Team: Robert, Mark, Geoffrey, Peter, Robert, Paul, Susan
and Christine.
Another of our members in Queensland, Henri, passed away mid-May.
I did not have any direct contact with Henri but I am told he did
a lot of networking and had many big plans post-NESARA. Our
love and prayers go out to Henri who I know continues to assist in spreading
the Light from the other side.
Membership in the Oceania Region now stands at 119: 95 in Australia,
23 in New Zealand, and 1 in New Caledonia. With every update I send
out I receive a number of bounce-backs. If you change your email
address, please remember to let me know. My reports are also being
posted on the NZ website, www.moveonnewzealand.co.nz
As you know I changed my ISP/email address from one dial-up service
to another. I am now contemplating switching to broadband as the
accessibility and (lack of) speed with dial-up becomes more and more intolerable.
I will let you know when this happens and what my new email address will
be.
I have two copies of Dove's NESARA DVD. If you would like a copy,
let me know.
Please continue to do your prayers, meditations, affirmations, and light
work. A group in Melbourne has a weekly meditation, Friday, 12 noon
local time, which you can link into. It is not necessary to link
in at the exact time, just put out your intent and make it so. Our
combined energies, exponentially hold more power. Together we can
tip the balance for the Light.

NESARA NTAT Oceania Update

Greetings to all NTAT Oceania Members,
There has been a court ruling this week in the case against ANZ National
Bank after they put forward a guilty plea. They have been hit
with $10 million in repayments to their customers as well as being
forced to apologize to them. This hardly seems adequate to
me, however the important thing is that they are being held accountable
and that other banks are being investigated. I include an editorial concerning
this from "The Press", the Christchurch, NZ newspaper.
I also include the latest NTAT Region 1 Director's Report which was posted
on the internet this week. Members participated in peace marches
across the country on the third anniversary of the invasion and occupation
of Iraq. They participated in the 20,000 strong march in Hollywood
distributing flyers and DVDs and making contact with a number of celebrities
who seemed open to receiving the information.
In our Oceania Region one of our members is putting together his own information
pack including a flyer, the History of NESARA, and a copy of the
DVD for those who do not have access to the internet. Good idea!
The media is finally allowing more truth out there, TV as well as print
media. This has been a long time coming but there is the sense that
we are at a critical point and more positive action is needed. Please
continue to do your prayers, meditations, energy work and affirmations--it
is all needed and assistive. One of our members suggests an affirmation
he uses:

A group of NESARA supporters in Melbourne get together every Friday at
12 midday for about 20 minutes to an hour for a meditation. If you
would like to add your energies, you don't need to tune in on Melbourne
time, just midday wherever you happen to be. It's the intention
to connect that is important.
On a personal note, I am in the process of changing my email address and
expect to have a new account set up by the end of the month. My
user name will be the same, just a different ISP. I will send out
a brief notice when the account is set up, until then you can continue
to send mail to my current email address. As always, I very

Under scrutiny
MONDAY , 03 APRIL 2006
Few New Zealanders will have any sympathy for ANZ National Bank, which
has been hit with $10 million in repayments and a fine of $1.3m and also
forced to apologise to its customers, writes The Press in an editorial.
The add-on costs of the predominantly foreign-owned banks in this country
have long been a source of frustration and resentment for their clients.
For a banking group of the financial scale of ANZ National, the penalties
inflicted upon it will no doubt be relatively easily absorbed, despite
the fact that the fine was easily the highest ever imposed under the Fair
Trading Act. But the real message of this prosecution is that the Commerce
Commission, which brought the legal action, is bringing a welcome determination
to rigorously enforce fair trading law and to protect consumers.
A small economy such as New Zealand's is especially vulnerable to predatory
behaviour by monopolies or near monopolies and to price gouging by major
companies. Too often in the past, the financial and legal resources of
the big companies have enabled them to ride roughshod over the legitimate
complaints raised by their clients.
This is precisely why it is essential to have a proactive watchdog such
as the commission, ready to ensure that actions taken by businesses in
what they regard as the legitimate pursuit of profit are not at the unfair
expense of consumers or their competitors.
This attitude was spelt out just last month by Paula Rebstock, who chairs
the commission, when she stated that New Zealand was a country where cartel
participants should never feel safe. The actions of the commission over
recent months testify to the fact that this warning applies not just to
cartels, but to any company which indulges in price gouging or other unethical
or illegal business practices.
The legal action was taken against ANZ National after an investigation
by the commission. This disclosed that the bank had imposed fees of between
2 per cent and 2.5% on foreign transactions made on credit and debit cards,
but did not inform these customers of the charge. Another seven banks
or other financial institutions are also facing prosecution for the same
practice. This will reinforce the suspicion that banks rely on customers
either not fully checking their bank statements or else being overawed
by the size of the bank and not vociferously complaining. It must be hoped
that the scrutiny of the commission will lead to total transparency by
all banks over the fees they charge.
But it is not only bank fees or deceptive business fine print which the
commission has investigated. Across a range of business sectors, including
telecommunications, Transpower and electricity generators' pricing and
aviation it has investigated or prevented a range of anti-competitive
behaviours. The proposed alliance between Air New Zealand and Qantas was
undoubtedly a sound business move for both airline companies in a highly
competitive aviation market. But the commission rightly ruled that the
alliance would not be in the interests of consumers, given the dominance
on the trans-Tasman routes it would have established. Likewise the threat
to take over Transpower's price-setting in response to significant increases
which the commission said would breach the Commerce Act, undoubtedly led
to this week's agreement by the power company to further negotiations.
Both of these examples, and its investigation into bank fees, show the
importance of the commission's work in basic aspects of the lives of New
Zealanders. That it has become more proactive can be seen from the complaints
from some businesses that it uses heavy-handed bullying tactics. Yet the
commission also showed, when it approved new Air New Zealand flights between
Christchurch and Hamilton after Origin Pacific had proposed a similar
service, that it could distinguish between a legitimate competitive response
and anti-competitive behaviour.
With such a watchdog there will always be a balance between promoting
fair trading and stifling business investment. At present with the commission
the balance rests as it always should with the consumer.

The March 18th Global Day of Action was a fantastic display of American
patriotism, as everyone seemed to enjoy the vitalizing affects of human
connection through solidarity! I had an invigorating day marching
with 20,000 peace activists in Hollywood, California on the third anniversary
of the invasion and occupation of Iraq. We are now into our FOURTH
year of this illegal war.
It was wall-to-wall people and the celebrities were out! Arm in
arm they marched the entire route, through the streets of Hollywood, and
the cameras were rolling! Martin Sheen (Actor/Activist), Mimi Kennedy (Actor/Activist),
Paul Haggis (Writer/Director-2006 Academy Award winner for best picture),
Mike Farrell (Actor/Activist), Maria Bello (Actor/Activist), Diane Lane
(Actor/Activist), the list just goes on.
I handed, yet another, NESARA flyer to Martin Sheen! He took it
with half a grin as he headed for the stage where he gave THE MOST riveting
speech of the day. He was definitely on his game as the crowds soaked
up every word that he so passionately delivered. His courage continues
to inspire and invoke his fellow members of the entertainment industry
to action.
I reminded Mimi Kennedy of the NESARA package (NESARA DVD & History)
I had handed her two weeks prior, which she acknowledged and an uplifting
conversation ensued. I very quickly handed a NESARA package to Paul
Haggis as he was being beckoned to the stage and told him this was very
important information for him to review. He thanked me and gave it
to what appeared to be family members that were leaving the protest. At
least it was safe! I went back, handed him a flyer, and told him,
“Here is a synopsis of what I just gave you”. He took
it graciously.
Mike Farrell (star of the TV series, “MASH”) started his
speech by saying, “My name is Mike Farrell. I am an American
and I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!” The crowd roared! He proceeded
to list the reasons why he does not recognize a government that tortures,
enslaves, and murders human beings ANYWHERE, all the while repeating ‘I
Want My Country Back’. He was somber and he was serious. As
he came down from the stage walking towards where I had positioned myself,
I called to him “Mr. Farrell, this will give you your country back”
and I handed him a NESARA package. He handled it with great care
while examining the package, as I explained that this was very important
information he needed to know about. I told him this was a law already
on the books that, upon announcement, will immediately get rid of the
Bush Administration, bring our troops home and peace declared. I
thanked him for his very moving speech and he thanked me for the package.
I watched as he left the protest, walking through the crowds, clutching
the package to his side. I thought, oh yah, that NESARA package is
in good hands.
Diane Lane gave a great speech, motivating the crowds to cheers and applause
as she challenged us all to continue to ‘fight the good fight’! I
gave her a NESARA package. She was absolutely, excited about it and
even more thrilled when she realized there was a DVD included. She
said she would definitely look over everything and thanked me. I
thanked her as well.
Unfortunately, at the same time we were all protesting the war, the US
Military stepped up their aggressive actions in Iraq against so called
‘insurgents’, killing men, women and children, whole families
together, while others watched. The US Administration refused to
identify the military units who continue to carry out these atrocities,
and then backhandedly offered ‘further investigation’ into
‘said actions’. NESARA will stop all of this immediately!

There are events like this going on weekly. On March 25th,
1 Million people marched through Los Angeles and on March 27th, 40,000
High School students walked out of class, both protesting the recent immigration
laws and both in record breaking numbers. There was little if any
coverage on most mainstream news outlets. What a NESARA boost that
would have been to hand out a million flyers in one day!
If any of you had a chance to deliver the news of NESARA lately, please
share your adventures! Teamwork makes the dream work and with each
one of us actively spreading the news of NESARA, it can only happen sooner!
I am happy to announce we welcomed 67 new NTAT Region1 members these
past couple of weeks and many more worldwide! A big welcome, and
thanks for your insight, goes out to all of our newest members! Our
District Leaders are busy getting their new folks connected! Congratulations
to all of you true NESARA supporters, who continue to accomplish the one
most important job we have to do as NTAT members - spread the miraculous

We passed out flyers, probably not as many as Tami, but our side of the
country needs a lot more explaining than the West Coast - thank you West
Coast for your receptivity. We here in the East will catch up. When we’re
finished passing out flyers, we are somewhat hoarse, but we love it. We
know we let folks know that there are good things coming on our planet!!
Hopefully, other NTAT folks have sent reports into Tami. We like getting
them too but at least they've made it to the Regional Report. We passed
out flyers at the rally and there was good receptivity. We had not intended
to do the three-mile march but as it turned out we did. Wow, that three
miles felt more like three blocks!! We were so exhilarated. There were
people along the way who came out and clapped, smiled, sang with us, held
signs up, and did the "peace" symbol. It was neat!!

Hello Dear Members of NTAT, SouthEast Region: Well, here it is the
end of March and still NO NESARA Announcement! The Earth and all
Earthly Life is crying out for NESARA! We must do whatever we can,
push the envelope, get this done immediately! I encourage each of
you to hand out flyers at every opportunity. I carry them on my
daily bike rides and in the car to give out to people I meet. I
leave them at the Laundromat, health food store, etc. The more people
that know about NESARA, the faster it will be announced. Now I realize
some of you may be reluctant to hand out flyers. Fortunately, there
are two, very powerful things you can do right from the privacy of your
own home without seeing anyone.

information for your so-called elected officials, Senators and Representatives.
Send them an email explaining that NESARA is the solution to every problem
their constituents are concerned about, whether the truth about 911,
homeland security, the war of terror being waged in OUR names throughout

names by our present, soon to be arrested, administration in service of
the Illuminati goal of new world order.
