So far in this series of Planification Reports we have discussed the restoration of humanity to a state of full consciousness.  Next dearest ones, we will discuss the restoration of the collective consciousness via planetary government and the diplomatic overtures that have been made to your major governments over the past four to six decades.

In September 1903 a spaceship was launched from a private field just outside a small village in the Ural mountains.  The ship was made possible by the knowledge and genius of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, who spent the better part of his life developing the necessary equipment for space travel.  Tsiolkovsky was a “man out of time”, like Nikola Tesla, because Tsiolkovsky was born in 1803.  His theories were publicly discredited and the man and his work were conspired to the dustbin of lost history by those who have ruled this planet for far too long.  This spaceship was launched out into the space of your local solar system while continuously hailing any nearby space vessels by radio; yes, radio . . . in the mid 19th century.  While its occupants were met by a small diplomatic team from the Galactic Federation and ultimately granted citizenship in the Andromedan Confederacy, the very existence of this technology in the mid 19th century is a discovery with extremely wide-ranging consequences for our current “modern” reality.  It is but one very small piece of evidence demonstrating a long-term conspiratorial plan to enslave the occupants of this world in every way possible.  We know them today as: the dark.  And thirteen thousand years ago on a soul level, we as a society agreed to surrender our personal power to them.  On a soul level this is always in the form of a pre-incarnational agreement.  It is imperative that you bear this in mind as you develop and hone your own unique skill and style of personal discernment.

In November 1998 a landmark series of agreements were signed in good faith by the parties currently in control of the planet, hereafter called Illuminati, the major governments of this planet and the Galactic Federation of Light.  When it came time for the Illuminati to make good on the many promises they had made, they flatly refused to honor any promises and installed unflappable attorneys, highly skilled at manufacturing delays and other forms of interference, at their gates.  All attempts to bring them into compliance were muted; so great is their power.  Nevertheless, the Illuminati rule by fear and by fear alone.  Any religious doctrine that creates or generates feelings of fear or dread was created by this group.  They are the unchallenged masters of intrigue, mystery and crime and they are incredibly intelligent, aggressive and forceful.  “They” in this case refers to a power or force that we call darkness.  Conversely, “we” are the Light, the unchallenged masters of truth, knowledge and justice and we are equally intelligent; aggressive and forceful ONLY when it becomes the option of last resort.  Prior to entering our little collective holodeck experience in duality we all agreed to a number of conditions, all applied equally.  One of the things we decided was that both forces would have equal time but that if a stalemate resulted during an ascension period, the game was to be terminated.  This is, in essence, where we stand today, here on the surface of Mother Earth.  We stand together in One voice, One Heart and with One Mind; we create our Golden New Age, an age of our own creation.  Yes, dearest ones, you have incredible amounts of help and assistance, especially right now.  And, the veils between dimensions and realities are becoming so thin as to be non-existent.  The major governments of this planet; your elected leaders and representatives, who are charged with protecting the interests of All the People, have instead been busy lining their pockets by selling votes on key issues to the highest bidder.  These transactions are handled by special vote brokers called lobbyists and they are charged with fetching the greatest cash prize for a vote.  You can wait until these truths are exposed all across your television screens, or you can make a different choice in the here and now.  Choose unconditional love, forgiveness, kindness, charity, peace and hope.

While I hesitate to call this to-the-death struggle between Light and dark an actual war, it is however, an actual ongoing series of moves and countermoves designed to move a particular agenda forward or backwards.  Normally, this is one game that the dark plays better than anyone else.  But this time it’s different and that advantage is no longer valid.  This struggle has now reached a point where it is probably safe to say that some kind of very great physical breakthrough or series of breakthroughs are beyond being inevitable; in non-linear, random time it has already happened.  Just when or how these breakthroughs will occur is unknown, even to the highest and greatest seers.  It is known only that something of immense size, quantity, volume, pressure, density (or lack of density) is literally on the verge of breaking through the actual walls of this physical 3D reality and in some places it is already happening, especially in deep ocean trenches.

Repeatedly and on many occasions, the major governments of this planet, along with some of the not-so-major governments have been contacted directly by Galactic Federation Diplomatic and Liaison Officers and Ambassadors.  Time and time again the story was the same.  The earthly governments had signed a series of secret treaties between themselves and various dark star-nations such as the Zeta Reticuli or Zeta Grays.  The earthly governments wanted advanced technologies from the Galactic Federation; technologies they claimed would only be used for peaceful purposes.  Hmmm . . . probably about as peaceful as the other technologies they either stole or caused ships to crash so they could grab them and reverse-engineer them.  The earthly governments were repeatedly warned by Galactic Federation scientists about the unknown and unseen effects caused by nuclear, thermonuclear and hydrogen detonations, including the destruction of actual souls in other dimensions.  If this disturbed them in any way, they certainly didn’t show it.  But, what else is new?  This essential stalemate played out between the earthly governments, the dark star-nations and the Galactic Federation of Light for quite some time.  It wasn’t until the Agreements of 1998 were signed that any real progress was made in developing relations between ourselves and our long, lost extraterrestrial brothers and sisters who were here to assist us as we transition through an ascension cycle.  I recently read that the United Nations Security Council had recently passed a number of new resolutions setting a goal of achieving diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial star civilizations.  Now, why would the UN Security Council be drafting and passing resolutions like this, unless the situation required it?  It wouldn’t and these resolutions have been passed so that the restructuring of the United Nations itself can begin.  How many of you remember my brother Sheldan Nidle’s recent Update that outlined the Galactic Federation’s agenda for this planet?  Allow me to refresh your memory . . .

This new world is swiftly taking shape.  Most of the negotiations and in-depth logistical discussions on forging this new reality are over.  The new reality puts America on an even footing with Europe and the leading countries of Asia.  This group is to possess the initial hard currencies to be used for trading goods and services throughout the globe.  Below them come the remaining nation states.  Next, the major regional unions in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Pacific are to become more closely linked to the United Nations.  The result is a multi-tiered system designed to encourage cooperation, peace, and cultural reciprocity.  Each nation has a firm responsibility to provide its citizens with prosperity, food, shelter, clothing, health care, and a sustainable, pollution-free environment.  But above all, each nation is charged with protecting the freedom and personal sovereignty of each citizen.  In turn, each citizen is obligated to seek the highest level of education concerning these rights and to honor a life-long commitment to be effective watchdogs for these God-given rights.

The United Nations and a number of major organizations dealing with the world's financial community are to be restructured to enable them to carry out new missions.  The UN is to be given the teeth necessary for transforming this globe into a truly peaceful community of nations.  The critical key to this is the Security Council, the Secretariat, and the various independent agencies called for in the UN Charter.  The UN is to become a moderator and a prototypical model for change, which means that a drastic redesigning is required.  As yet, we cannot reveal details of this, as this overhaul is to be announced after the global regime changes are firmly in place.  What we can say here is that the UN is to offload a vast baggage of personnel that has hindered its mission and is to streamline how it carries out its new mandate.  This new world is to be very different from the one you know, and its operation and even appearance will seem strange at first.  Nonetheless, this unprecedented comity of nations will produce the policies that foster global peace and global prosperity.  ~ excerpt from January 9, 2007 ~

Independent of what our earthly governments may be doing or not doing to help bring us as a planetary or global society through an ascension cycle, we as individuals must make different choices if we expect to see different results.  Cosmic waves are now plowing through our entire solar system and remaking the very face of our reality, beginning at the quantum level.  This massive increase in energies is causing extreme emotional volatility, irritability, anger, rage, fear . . . anything extremely volatile.  If and/or when something like this comes over you, just allow it to move through you without resistance.  There are actual standing waves moving through you and these generate a feeling of pressure.  Do not resist the pressure; go with the flow and stay with the flow.  You are that flow.  You are that standing pressure wave moving through yourself.

As I bring yet another Planification Report to a close I cannot help but feel an immense sense of awe and wonder at what is transpiring before my very eyes.  Mother Earth is slowly donning her new cloak, including the return of her two-tiered system of firmaments and her original two opposing moons.  Animal and insect species also know that changes are coming and they are prepared.  The human biological spacesuit is also being slowly adjusted, both energetically and genetically so as to enable it to embody higher and higher vibrational energies approaching 5D . . . this is the driving force of evolution and the epitome of Planification.
